Casa Atónito

The name ‘Casa Atónito’ (thunderstruck), refers to the song-title (of an Australian band) which, has a special meaning for the owners. But it also refers to the feeling they got when they saw the beautiful view for the first time. They enjoy being here from time to time, but also want to share this special place with others. 

 

The Finca 

When you enter the gate you immediately enter a fantastic environment and the pool. From there, you walk to the downstairs covered terrace with phenomenal views. The terrace has a dining table, lounge corner and a bbq. From the terrace you enter into the open kitchen, the kitchen is built in a traditional finca-style and sufficiently equipped (cooking  plate/oven, fridge, microwave/oven, washing machine and dryer). From the kitchen you enter the living room with a fire place (electric). On this level there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), wardrobe, a separate bathroom with double basins and a toilet.

Outside by the pool there is a natural stone stairs gives access to the first and second floor. The private terrace with dining table is covered and looks out on the pool area. It has nice views over the green valley towards the Mediterranean sea with the rock 'Peñon d'Ifach. From the terrace you enter the living room with a fire place (electric) and a semi-open kitchen.The kitchen is built in a traditional finca-style and sufficiently equipped (cooking plate, fridge and microwave/oven).

On this level there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00) and wardrobe, a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00), a separate guest-toilet and a bathroom with a toilet. On the second floor there is a second bedroom with a double bed  (1.60 x 2.00) wardrobe and double doors giving access to a small private balcony with breathtaking views.

The pool (8.00 x 4.00) is surrounded by a sun terrace with outdoor shower, sun beds, built in loungers and a hanging chair. At this level there is an extra guest toilet. A few steps higher from the sun terrace, there is a relaxing area. Behind the finca you will find an outdoor bar with fridge and a jacuzzi. Further down at the lowest level you will find a nice garden with a grass area, some olive trees, fruit trees and a gazebo (arbor).
